Our firm has had dynamic and distinctive epochs over time. Founded as Ndonye & Associates Advocates in 2004, we subsequently enlarged our scope through a merger of firms that formed Muriithi & Ndonye Advocates in 2011. With emergent areas of practice and a shift in the way of serving our clients, the firm underwent a restructuring that established MNM Advocates LLP in 2017.

Our firm comprises a team of five partners who are highly qualified in their areas of expertise and supported by associate Advocates, legal assistants and support staff, all of whom have dedicated themselves to providing premium legal services to our clients. The firm handles all matters efficiently and professionally to our client’s satisfaction. To empower the firm's mandate, we have designed four departments with specialized areas of practice. The departments are; Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Commercial practice including Company Secretarial services, Conveyancing & Real Estate, and Legal Research & Consultancy.

The firm has a large client base that ranges from individuals to corporate clients such as Companies, NGOs, Statutory bodies, Banks and Financial institutions.

2004
Founded in 2004 to provide legal services by a team of ambitious Advocates.
2011
A merger birthed Muriithi & Ndonye Advocates to provide a unique bouquet of solutions to the mid-tier market.
2017
A shift to MNM Advocates LLP enabled the firm to provide world class legal solutions to a diverse pool of clients.

Our Advocates have membership in local & international professional organizations, to provide world-class best-practice legal solutions. We have adequate Professional Indemnity insurance which is continually enhanced to protect our clients against any loss that may arise in the course of the provision of legal services by the firm. This is a two-edged sword that enables us to represent our clients fearlessly while giving them a sense of security and trust in us and at the same time ensuring the minimization of risk. To accelerate the execution of briefs, review, coordination and approvals of the same regardless of the location of our partners & Advocates, the firm has employed the use of a software platform that has helped to serve our clients efficiently.
